Capri Investment Group

Capri Investment Group is a real estate investment and development firm co-founded in 1992 by Quintin E. Primo III. Since its inception, the company has completed more than $14 billion in institutional quality equity and debt transactions across all major property types and markets. As an SEC-registered investment advisor, the firm has invested on behalf of many of the largest pension funds and institutional investors in the U.S., in separate account, commingled fund, and joint venture formats.

Over its nearly 30-year history, Capri has demonstrated itself to be an early investor in markets often overlooked by traditional investors. It was one of the first advisors to invest in the multifamily markets in the mid-1990s, and successfully completed over $5 billion in equity related transactions. In addition, the firm closed Capri Urban Investors, LLC (“CUI”), a $537 million commingled real estate investment fund, in 2007. CUI has been dedicated to making investments in diverse and evolving urban markets, especially in underserved areas.

It is our goal to improve all communities in which we invest by being sensitive to the needs of its stakeholders. In this way, we believe that over the long term we will maximize the returns to our investors and ourselves, while having a meaningful and positive impact on those who live, work and recreate in the innovative projects that we build.

I had the honor to present our proposal for the redevelopment of the Reeves Center in this Historic DC community to the NAACP, for the future home of their national headquarters. I simply would not be who I am as a person and a professional without the groundbreaking work of the NAACP.

This community deserves a monument to DC’s rich history and culture. The same history and culture that embraced me when I arrived at the age of 17 to study Architecture at Howard University. There is so much significance that has existed, continues to exist and will exist; I want future generations to benefit.

Bradley Site Design

Bradley Site Design is a dynamic Landscape Architecture and Urban Design firm founded in 1994 and dedicated to the creation of socially, economically and environmentally sustainable communities.

Sharon Bradley trained in the offices of Keyes Condon Florance Architects and Oehme van Sweden Landscape Architects, then decided to apply those design concepts to a wider array of neighborhood types. Thus BSD began in a small home office in Greenbelt, Maryland. Since then the company has grown to include a close-knit team of talented and dedicated professionals working from a collaborative studio in Georgetown, Washington DC.

We combine strong technical expertise and cutting-edge site design methods with a graceful aesthetic and a collaborative style. As thoughtful and analytical designers we create places that connect people to their neighbors, community, culture, and the outdoors. Our work is driven by integrity, accountability, and respect for our clients, colleagues, communities and our planet.
